Adriana Mejia Cuartas
CEO - Founder
Adriana is specialist in business transformation and innovation strategies for sustainability, with a special ability to forge top alliances and successful deals.
Her background is business administration, with an Executive MBA at the IE, building on 25+ years of experience in international relations, financing, cooperation and corporate relations, having acted as head of the European Office of the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation.
She participates in high level Steering Boards and gild organizations, like diverse standards for the coffee sector, foundations and social businesses.
Lina Echeverri-Roeder
Head of Impact Design
Lina is an expert in design of high impact projects and businesses with focus on sustainability and based on multistakeholder collaboration, systems thinking and innovation.
She is jurist with specialization on intercultural communication and on design for sustainability, supporting 20+ years of experience in international project management and design for the Colombian coffee and palm oil sectors, retail businesses among others.
She is part of regenerative development and circular economy networks and advises sustainability business strategies.
